Jux Ta Position

This past year I have been doing a lot of collages which is freeing my creativity.  It has pushed me how I layer images with color in a new way.  Being once a dancer/choreographer,  the movement of the body as a line and as a vehicle of expression with color is now on the surface.

I had an exciting week exploring my own intuition, creativity and new play.  I have loved some abstract work in its rawness and color.  I felt stuck in myself how to be more free in my art.  When trying to do abstract work, I felt loss how to start and end.  Joan Fullerton’s workshop taught me how to bring myself into this new world.
